I spent far too long denying myself, punishing myself and basing all of my feelings of self worth on how rigidly I’d stuck to my latest diet. Did it make me happy? No! Or healthy? No! Or THIN??! No it didn’t. Because guess what? In the long term, diets DON’T WORK! It’s really not your fault. They’re designed to keep you coming back for more…..time and time again!

My name is Amy, I’m a middle aged mum of two young children and I’m lucky enough to live in the beautiful county of Cornwall. I’m an IIN certified holistic health coach and an associate of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).

What is coaching and how will it help me?

Unlike an off the shelf, one size fits all diet plan, coaching looks at you as a unique person and helps you dig deeper to uncover the root of some of the problems that may have been holding you back. We are all individual and it is our individual history and experience that add up to shape the people we are today. Happilicious will give you the time and space you need to really unpick the impact that your experiences have had on your life and then help you to harness (or move away) from them in order to shape a more positive future.

Will I have to do anything other than attend the sessions?

While I won’t be asking you to stick to rigid food lists or complete a 5k run every day, we will work together on goal setting and I will also make suggestions about reading material, and written exercises that will be really helpful for you. While none of this is compulsory, you will definitely gain more from coaching by completing the exercises.

How do I pay?

Via BACS transfer or Paypal. Payment is due in advance and arranged when you sign up.
